Welcome to our Sunset Farm web site!

As returning visitors will no doubt notice, we’ve brought a fresh new look to our web site. While social media is a fine place to share ideas with “friends of the barn”, our web site will continue to serve as a point of reference for all of those who have a passion for The American Saddlebred Horse.

About Sunset Farm . . .

The mares and foals at Sunset Farm are cared for by our own “A Team” of Cory Salyers and Jen Hendricks. These two outstanding young people have distinguished themselves by demonstrating a caring attitude and ever expanding knowledge of horses.

PAMELA BOYERS, Owner and Manager

While in her professional life, Pam is a medical educator, she still has time to oversee the daily management of Sunset Farm and the breeding program. Pam says she was born loving horses and while she no longer rides due to her busy schedule she has a passion for the mares and babies and, especially the American Saddlebred.

Friends and Advisors

As anyone who has a breeding farm knows, it is so important to have good friends and advisors (informal and formal). We are very grateful to those who are ever ready to help with a sick horse, training the youngsters and, of course - veterinary, transport and blacksmith expertise. Thank you all! -pjb
